(三)、檢修標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
1、兩軸承底座上加工面在同一水平面上，中心間距允差1mm，縱向中心線不平行度偏差0.5mm，橫行中心線偏差每米0.5mm。
2、瓦座球形接觸面應(yīng)接角均勻;每50ⅹ50mm2內(nèi)不少于1--2點(diǎn);中空軸與瓦接觸面應(yīng)為90°--100°每平方英寸不少于2點(diǎn)，軸頸與軸承兩側(cè)間隙近似相同。
3、筒體法蘭與前方端蓋的配合面應(yīng)--接觸，不準(zhǔn)加墊片，兩中空軸不同軸度允差小于0.8mm。大齒圈與筒體端蓋在連接裝配校正時(shí)，應(yīng)堅(jiān)固止推，上好定位銷(xiāo)，齒圈的徑向擺動(dòng)不大于0.5mm，洛陽(yáng)球磨機(jī)報(bào)價(jià)，軸向擺動(dòng)不大于0.84mm

17、進(jìn)出料螺旋磨損時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)焊補(bǔ)，磨損至無(wú)法焊補(bǔ)時(shí)應(yīng)更換。
18、地腳螺栓松動(dòng)或損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)。
