不能操作：首先在操作時看 dcs 上是否有紅色的箭頭，如沒有，則是 dcs 沒有發出開、關指令，發不出開、關指令的原因有二，一是狀態不對，二是聯鎖條件不滿足。如 dcs 上有紅色的箭頭而閥門不動，可到就地操作，如能操作，則 dcs 上指令沒有到 mcc柜；如 mcc柜也不能操作，則檢查熱偶。過于過力矩： 電動頭的過力矩是不能自保持的，能在就地能復位。但實際上經常遇見不能復位的情況，這主要是因為過力矩太大引起的。
