設(shè)備主要特點
1.該設(shè)備主要用于將圓或扁的鐵線，不銹鋼線，鍍鋅線，鋁線，銅線等自動調(diào)直，按照設(shè)定長度，自動切斷。
2.有傳統(tǒng)機械式和數(shù)控液壓式兩種。
3.機械式鐵線調(diào)直切斷機，手動設(shè)定調(diào)直切斷長度，操作與維護都比較簡單。主要是用于調(diào)直切斷直徑小于10毫米,---切斷長度小于2米的普通鐵線。
4.數(shù)控液壓式鐵線調(diào)直切斷機，加工性能較強，幾乎可以加工任何直徑，任何長度的鐵線，自動化程度高，數(shù)控設(shè)定調(diào)直切斷長度，并設(shè)有安全裝置，自動計數(shù)停機系統(tǒng)。主要用于調(diào)直切斷建筑用冷軋螺紋鋼筋、熱軋鋼筋、熱軋圓鋼及冷軋圓鋼等。
main application&characteristic
1.the equipment is mainly used for automatically straighten round/flat wire, stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, aluminum wire, copper wire,and cut automatically according to the preset length.
2.there are two kinds of models:traditional mechanical model&numerical control hydraulic model.
3.“traditional mechanical model automatica wire straightening&cutting machine”,need to set the straightening&cutting length manually,then the machine will do that automatically.
operation&maintenance are ---. it is mainly used for straightening&cutting the wire with diameter less than 10 mm&the maximum cutting length is less than 2 metres.
4.“numerical control hydraulic model automatica wire straightening&cutting machine”,processing performance is strong, almost can process any diameter, any length of wire, high degree of automation,automatically set straightening&cutting length,adopted with the safety device&automatic counting & stop system.mainly used for straightening&cutting building cold-rolled steel wire&rebar, hot-rolled steel wire, hot-rolled round steel wire&cold-rolled steel bar etc..
