the blends of pa11&pa1010 were prepared under different mass ratio,&the melting temperature, mechanical properties, rheological propertiesµstructure of the blends were stud. the results show that the quality of the blends is 90: 10 when the amide exchange reaction is a single melting temperature; impact performance in a mass ratio of 90: 10&70: 30 when the maximum value when the mass ratio of 90: 10, pa11/pa1010, the viscosity of the blend increased suddenly (increase than pure pa11 30%) quality; the ratio of 70 to 30 when the viscosity of the blend is about 20% with pure pa11, the rheological properties of blends&stability. considering the processing&impact properties, the mechanical properties of the blends with the mass ratio of pa11&pa1010 to 70: 30 are better than that of pure pa11,&the cost is obviously lower than that of pure pa11.
